Instructions for Presentation

Oral Presentations

• For 30 min presentations: 25 min (talk) and 5 min (discussion)
• For 20 min presentations: 15 min (talk) and 5 min (discussion)

The official language of the symposium is English. All speakers are requested to come to the lecture hall about 15 min before the session begins to prepare their presentations. A conference computer will be available but you can use also your own computer. An LCD projector will be available in the lecture hall. Please, take into account that overhead projectors will be not available.

Poster Presentations

Dimensions of the boards for posters: 100 cm high x 120 cm wide. Mounting materials will be provided. Please mount your poster on the board according to your program number in the Book of Abstracts. There will be two poster sessions:

• Poster Session 1
  Posters P1 - P43 should be presented from Monday morning (Sept. 26)
  until Tuesday lunch (Sept. 27).
• Poster Session 2
  Posters P44 - P86 should be presented from Tuesday lunch (Sept. 27)
  until Thursday morning (Sept. 29).
