Presentation
The Conference will include about 30 invited lectures and contributed oral and poster communications.
A limited number of contributed communications will be selected for oral presentations.
Time allotted for the oral presentation is as follows:
- invited plenary talks - 30 min. (plus 5 min. discussion)
- invited talks during concurrent sessions - 25 min. (plus 5 min. discussion)
- short oral presentation - 12 min. (plus 3 min. discussion)
All conference halls are equipped with laptops and PCs with Microsoft Windows operating system. Speakers are kindly asked to copy their presentation (the PDF format is preferred) to the computer in the respective conference room or test their laptop connection and screen resolution settings at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Chairman of the session and the technical team will provide you with appropriate support.
The projectors in the conference halls are formatted for 4:3 slides. Speakers who decide to use 16:9 format should be aware that the slides may not look good.
Poster communications will be divided into three sessions. For poster presentation stands 122 cm high and 97 cm wide will be provided. Please notice that the posters should be removed immediately after the poster session.
