Physics of Magnetism 2021 (PM'21)

The main platform for the PM’21 conference will be Zoom (except the poster sessions, which will use different software).
The allocated presentation time for talks given during Plenary sessions is 30 minutes (25 min. + 5 min. for discussion).
The allocated presentation time for talks given during the Young & Brilliant Lecture session is 20 minutes (15 min. + 5 min. for discussion).
The allocated time for contributed Oral Presentations is 15 minutes (12 min. + 3 min. for discussion).
Presentations should be prepared in PDF or Power Point formats (ppt, pptx).
It is possible to take part in the competition: Best Oral Contribution Awards for Young Researchers PM’21.
All Presenters must be in the Virtual Room at least 5 minutes before the start of their talks. The access links to the Virtual Room will be provided in the Conference Program.
Before the conference, Presenters must test their presentations in a dedicated Test Room which will be launched few days before the conference. Presenters are strongly encouraged to test their microphone and camera again on the day of their presentation. Helpdesk in the Test Room will be available from June 28^th to July 2^nd from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CEST.
Short Zoom instruction for presenters

Only posters in PDF format will be allowed to upload. The file must not exceed 50 MB.
The poster may have a maximum of 5 pages. The first page should be in the traditional format containing the entire poster. The additional 4 pages are optional and are intended to facilitate the presentation of enlarged parts of the poster.
Landscape mode (16:9) is preferable for better visibility of the pages, especially the front one.
The author of each poster will receive a personal link for poster submission. The deadline for posters submission is June 20^th, 2021. When submitting a poster, it will be possible to mark its entry into the competition: Best Poster Contribution Awards for Young Researchers PM’21. The posters will be available to conference participants starting June 24^th, 2021.
During the poster session, each author should present his/her contribution in a 20-minute long, Virtual Poster Room. After the allotted time expires, the virtual room will be closed automatically.
